I've started this personal blog with two things in mind. First, to provide an outlet for some of my musings on politics and democracy and secondly, as a way to communicate some of my ideas with fellow members of Fair Vote Canada - a multi-partisan group calling for electoral reform - a group which I am currently a candidate for their executive board.

Over the next few weeks, look to this space for my thoughts on democratic reform in Canada, some information about how I became interested in this issue and some of my ideas for moving electoral reform forward in the coming years.
